Could artificial intelligence help or hurt medical research articles?
Overview of experimental study design employed to examine the utility of using ChatGPT to write scientific review articles about the intersection of Alzheimer’s disease and bone, neural regulation of fracture healing, and COVID-19 and musculoskeletal health. Three approaches were taken for each scientific topic: human only (yellow), AI only (blue), and a combined approach—AI assisted (green).
