Evidence from Afghan civilians present during the alleged unlawful killing of a prisoner is riddled with inconsistency, a court has heard.
The war veteran’s barrister Bret Walker SC has told the court of what he says are a wide range of problems with evidence purporting to show Roberts-Smith kicked handcuffed prisoner Ali Jan off a small cliff before ordering his execution.
